Privacy

Any information that you share on our website, by either opening an account or filling out the cart, is used for the purpose of Coconut Bay Soap only. We will not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Order Fulfillment

Orders will be ready within 1-2 business days

Delivery:

  • Available for the Kingston & St. Andrew areas. Rates start at $700.
  • If you’re in the Portmore area please reach out as the price differs.
  • Island-wide delivery will be available soon!

 Payment Options:

  • Pickup Orders: Cash on pickup or *Bank Transfer.
  • Delivery Orders: *Bank Transfer Only

 *If paying via Bank Transfer please  email or Whatsapp payment confirmation to coconutbaysoap@gmail.com or 876.298.7002. The payment needs to be settled at the bank before arrangements will be made for pickup/delivery orders.

 Bank transfers or Cash on Pickup are the only options available at the moment. I am working on  eventually adding credit/debit card payment options as a method of payment, but I’m still working on finding a processing company that isn’t too expensive!

Pickup Orders

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup at The Frame Centre Gallery located at 5 Ardenne Rd, 876.298.7002.
  • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash on Pickup.

Delivery Orders

  • Payment must be made via Bank Transfer only.
  • Please Whatsapp or email payment confirmation to coconutbaysoap@gmail.com or 876.298.7002.
  • The payment must be deposited first before delivery will be made.

Refunds & Exchanges

I stand by the quality of my products but there are no refunds, however exchanges are available for comparable soaps provided that:

  • The purchase was made in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in it’s original packaging.
